Thank you to all of the teachers who have signed up for this year’s giveaway.  As much as we would like to help every teacher, we are at capacity for this year’s sign up.  We wish you all a wonderful 2019-2020 school year and look forward to connecting again next year!

• To be eligible you must be a teacher (that teaches in a classroom & has students) in a public or charter school in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, or Polk county.                                                                                     
• A current 2018-2019  teacher ID card must be submitted.  If you do not have one, please submit a current pay stub (jpeg or pdf file only). 
• A valid personal email must be provided or your request will not be considered.
• You will see an automated email confirmation if you submitted the form properly (you must hit the submit button or your request will not be received).
• We will be verifying everyone's request and will reach out with any questions.
• Recipients will receive an email the week prior to the pick up dates with all of the details (to both e-mail addresses provided)
